How many hours do I need?

It depends on the size of your home, how many rooms and how much is in them, plus the quality and depth of cleaning that you require.

Ultimately the choice is yours, and you may want fewer or more hours and then prioritise the rooms and jobs to be completed.

Do I get a discount?

Yes you get a 15% discount on your first clean.

Do I get rewarded for being a loyal customer?

Yes, for every 5 cleans you have you get the 6th clean completely free!! (Ts&Cs apply)

How much will I pay?

Rates vary depending on the number of hours you require. If you’d like a free quote, then contact us! All we require from you is the approximate number of hours you need and your postcode.

What time is your office open until?

Our office is open late and available at least 6 days of the week. We have a 24/7 messaging service if you have any further questions.

What sort of contract am I tied in to?

We don’t believe in long and complicated contracts and do believe in being fair. Naturally, like any business, we have to have terms and conditions so If you do ever need to cancel, all we ask is that you give us 30 days notice.

How do you vet the cleaners?

We first carry out a telephone interview. If the applicant seems suitable, we then arrange for a more thorough interview to take place in their own home. Only after taking proof of ID and address along with references do we accept them onto our database. We then monitor every cleaner thoroughly for the whole time they are with us.

Do I meet my cleaner before the first clean?

Of course! We know the cleaner will be in your home and that personalities are often as important as cleaning standards. Once we choose a cleaner for you, we’ll arrange for them to come along and meet you so that you can approve our choice and discuss the cleaning tasks you require. It’s important that your cleaner is someone you like so there’s no need to agree to the first person we send you. Once you’re satisfied that we’ve sent the right person for you, you can then mutually arrange a regular clean day and time. If you’d like to skip the interview and go straight to cleaning this can also be arranged.

What if my cleaner can't make it, or is sick?

Just give us a call, and we will provide you with a cleaner to cover.

Can I have an evening or weekend clean?

Yes of course! Our cleaners are fully flexible and will take on evening or weekend cleaning work. Please note the there may be an additional cost after 6pm or at the weekends.

Can I have a clean once a month?

Yes of course! We have a minimum of 4 hours for a monthly clean. Our most frequent clean is every fortnight, or a one off.

Will I have to be at home when my cleaner visits?

No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with an Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.

Do I have to supply cleaning products & equipment?

If you select Tier 1 payment structure then yes, you must supply your own cleaning products and equipment. Most of our clients prefer to specify the substances used in their homes. 

If you select the Tier 2 payment structure, then we will supply the cleaning products and equipment.

Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?

Yes, of course, we have a large and varied cleaner base, and we’d be happy to assign you someone different if you are unhappy for any reason. Just give us a call.

Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, including a minimum of £1,000,000 public liability insurance. In line with all other insurance policies, this is indemnity cover not new for old and there is an excess on the policy. To keep costs reasonable, the excess is £100 per claim.
